How can you tell if you got a bogus SD card from Amazon?
I'm well aware that there's potential for bogus cards on Amazon & eBay but so far so good. Last week I got one that immediately raised an eyebrow though because it was different to those I've had before it. I bought a SanDisk Ultra 128GB card. They always come in a cardboard thing with the card itself and its adapter in a…

Is there an actual advantage to air frying or are we just being sold a pup?
Is there an actual advantage to air frying or are we just being sold a pup? They suggest that it heats up faster than a conventional oven, but that is only because it's a smaller than a conventional oven, but now they are selling built-in air fryers to replace conventional ovens which leaves the same question?????

Google security contradiction
Google is paranoid about security. But it requires me to be signed in to use the chatgpt app, just because I installed it using play store. This means that unless I sign in every time I want to use the app, the security of my google account is compromised by having to remain signed in. Ridiculous! Or have I misunderstood ?

So clueless. I have a Walkman mp3 player. Tiny, light battery lasts a very long time. 36hrs playtime. I do wear it gardening or traveling but still have the wired earbuds that pull out for a pastime. Listen to podcasts, radio, books and music. Looked at Bluetooth earbuds from Argos which are £29 to 😵💫 Would the cheaper…

How to get best Display with old PC?
I only use my PC for surfing so when I recently decided to upgrade my Win10 PC I went for a second hand Win11 PC from eBay, that was cheap but does the job. My subscription for 365 has ended, new personal subscription from Amazon is £76.49. I only use it for Word and Excel, so it seems a lot of money.
